Boil the mineral water and remove from heat.
Add the 200 gr of couscous.
Cover and stew for 5 minutes.
Once the couscous is hydrated, add butter (sauce texture), oil and the citrus juice, mix well.
Cut all other ingredients in small chunks carefully to keep the avocado shape and get a homogeneous, fresh, colored mixture.
Season with salt, nutmeg and mustard if necessary.
